In the Media
STORIES THAT MOVE PEOPLE. CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER.
I’ve been honoured to share my story and speak on topics including mental health, storytelling, psychological safety, respectful relationships, and purpose-led leadership, across national TV, podcasts, and advocacy panels. Each conversation reflects the heart of my work: helping people reconnect with what matters, speak their truth, and create spaces where others can do the same.

I had the privilege of appearing on national television during Perinatal Mental Health Week to share my experience with postnatal anxiety and depression, and help shine a light on the support so many new parents need and deserve.
Episode: Mind Your Head – The Pros & Cons of EAPs. I joined Lisa Leong and other guests to unpack the limitations of traditional EAPs and share why psychological safety needs to be baked into workplace culture, not bolted on.
This powerful episode explored whether coercive control should be criminalised in Australia. This appearance marked the beginning of my advocacy in the domestic violence sector and deepened my commitment to respectful relationships and consent education.
Episode: Permission to Rest and Play. In this personal chat, I spoke with Samantha about mental health, inclusive leadership, and how rest and recreation help us lead with more authenticity, confidence, and courage.
Episode: Identify Your Mission and Purpose in Life. This interview gave me space to reflect on how my identity, creativity, and experience with mental illness have shaped the work I do today, and how embracing vulnerability helped me reconnect with my purpose.
Episode: Joy being found. I talk with Rhea about the messy, beautiful path to rediscovering purpose, and how motherhood, burnout, and creativity helped me realign with the life and leadership I now coach others toward.
In this written Q&A, I shared what it’s like juggling multiple hats - coach, creative, facilitator, mother - and how I try to stay anchored in my values and mental wellbeing along the way
This deeply personal piece reflects on my experience with postnatal anxiety and depression, and how sharing my story became a catalyst for healing, not just for me, but for others walking a similar path.
I co-hosted the first six seasons of this community-led podcast, which grew from questions raised at CYP's At the Well gatherings, where we engage in honest conversations and reflections to encourage and equip Catholic women to explore their faith, identity, and purpose.
In this written reflection, I explored the connection between faith, motherhood, and mental health, and how Mary’s quiet strength offers comfort and courage to modern mothers navigating the unknown.
Published Work
In addition to coaching, speaking, and media work, I’ve contributed to two powerful anthologies that centre authentic, diverse voices and lived experience:

A groundbreaking collection of work by women of colour, sharing stories of resilience, identity, and strength from the heart of Australia.
Published by WestWords
